If you want to share the loads between your colleagues as an administrator you need to add them to the employee list.

You can add as many users as you want. Once you’ve added them we will send them a welcome email with the instructions on how to activate their account.
What is the difference between a colleague and a partner?
Colleague in is a person who works in the same company as you. Partner is a person from a different company who you chose to cooperate with and gave them access to see your available loads, trucks or both. Colleague can see edit and manage all loads and vehicles added by people from your company.

How many colleagues should I add?
All people in your company who deal with allocation of trucks or loads need to have access to your account. cloud is designed to improve communication within your business.

What happens if a colleague leaves the company?
Account administrator can add or remove accounts within the company. All active loads and vehicles added by this person will be transferred under the administrator’s management and email notification will be sent out to active partners.

Who becomes the administrator on
Once the account is created the first person becomes an account administrator. The administrator is in charge of account settings and can add or remove colleagues. You can choose what type of account you want to create.
